We are associated with large manufacturer of POLYESTER TEXTURE YARN (PTY). They are presently regular exporters to Europe and other countries. This company has Barmag and SDS Texture and Twisting machines and is producing about 1000 tons per month of PTY. They wish us to extend this capability to the United States.

We have formed an alliance to enhance their communications and marketing capabilities. We are prepared to provide personal feedback and response to customers, commercial and logistical questions and requests in local time and geography.

Initially we can offer you the following products.

Polyester drawn texturised yarn, Semidull raw white and also dope dyed non-intermingled and intermingled yarn:

(a) 75D / 36F

(b) 100D / 36F

(c)150D / 36F

(d) 300D / 72F

Polyester bright dyed textured or flat yarn in trilobal and round non-intermingled and intermingled:

(a) 75D / 34 F

(b) 100D / 34F

(c) 300D / 68F

We can also offer twisted yarn with twists up to 400 TPM (twist per meter). In cases of intermingling, the nips can be from 110 to 120 per meter as per your requests. We provide strong or light nips as desired. We also offer the above yarn in two-ply.

• Untwisted yarn: Each cone (paper tube) can be offered up to 5kgs.
• Twisted yarn: Each cone (paper tube) will be 2.25kgs.
• Such 6 (six) cones will be packed in one strong corngated carton.
• Carton size is 660mmLx440mmW in 1x20 FCL.
• 23000kgs approx. (710ctns) in 1x40 high cube FCL.
